Dubai Sports City, the world's first integrated sports city, will release phase two of its signature Riviera-style real estate development – Canal Residence West – at Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2008.
Following the success of the Mediterranean, Classic European, and Venetian inspired phases, Dubai Sports City will release the Arabian and Andalusian style residences, which capture traditional Arabic and Moorish architecture.
With Dubai Sports City's stadia infrastructure growing at a rapid pace, and the inauguration of the Els Club, a world-class 18 hole championship golf course designed by South African golf legend Ernie Els, demand for real estate in the area is on the rise.
The development has been attracting global attention with delegations from around the world visiting Dubai to inspect the site, a reflection of the international excitement the project is generating.
Canal Residence West will offer five buildings offering studio, one-, two- and three- bedroom apartments, as well as penthouses. With views of the canal and the Els Club golf course, each building will offer a key range of facilities including children's play area, outdoor landscaped BBQ area, swimming pool, and health club.
Residents will have quick access to a tree-lined promenade running the length of the canal, accommodating upscale cafes, restaurants and boutiques as well as sport and leisure activities.
