Casamia Star Gesamplanung Real Estate, a German developer and brokerage firm, yesterday said that it has sold 25 per cent of the Dh180 million Tulips Residence project in Marmooka City, Ajman, within 15 days.
The project is being developed by top Chinese developer and real estate company Best Eastern Group.

Best Eastern, a Chinese realty firm, had announced earlier this year their exclusive tie-up with Casamia Star to sell and market their projects in the UAE worth Dh400 million. Apart from Tulips Residence, Best Eastern is also in the process of planning more projects in Dubai and Ajman.
