Mada'in Properties yesterday launched Dh400 million Domain commercial tower in Dubai Silicon Oasis.

Announcing the launch, Abdul Aziz Al Awar, Chief Executive Officer of Mada'in Properties, said the project was the company's first foray into commercial developments, and followed the recent launch of its mixed-use development, Marina Arcade at Dubai Marina.

The Domain is located in Dubai Silicon Oasis and will have amenities such as gymnasium, swimming pools and a private garden along with retail outlets, restaurants and cafés. The offices within the project will be equipped with smart office software. Work on the 14-storey complex will commence in August and completion is expected in 2010.

"Combining style with functionality, the Domain is our first commercial development that perfectly complements Dubai's meteoric ambitions. Through this architectural wonder, we wish to provide multinational companies with an ideal platform for them to conduct their businesses," said Al Awar.
