Iris, a Dubai-based property developer, on Tuesday launched Iris Crystal, a Dh600 million commercial development in Business Bay.

"The impressive growth of Dubai's economy has fuelled demand for office space in premium locations, and so we have launched another development in the emirate's prime business hub," Ashwin Sheth, CEO, Iris, said.

The five-star business development is a 25-storey freehold office tower, offering 300,000 sqft of floor space and 12,000 sqft of retail space on the ground level.

Designed by Aedas, Iris Crystal will provide businesses with uninterrupted 280-degree views of Dubai. In addition, the tower will have rich interiors with the best fittings equipped with innovative technologies. Tenants will have access to a diverse array of amenities.

"The interior design will ensure efficient use of space and light and will accommodate six high-speed elevators and nine levels of parking," he said. Iris Crystal will offer more than 672 car-parking spaces and round-the-clock security, high-speed internet connectivity in all units, and smart card access control.

Space in the development will start selling from Dh2,976 per sqft, he said.
