Dh740m towers project awarded to Al Habtoor Leighton Group

Al Habtoor Leighton Group has won a Dh740- million contract to build two towers in Dubai for Abyaar Real Estate.

Work on the project – part of Abyaar's Acacia Avenues development – will start this month, said a spokesman.

The project comprises high-rise residential buildings called Hiliana and Olgana.

Hiliana will comprise three basement and three podium levels of parking and 40 storeys of apartments.

Olgana will comprise two levels of basement parking, three podium levels and 36 levels of apartments. Construction is expected to be completed by July 2010.
