Emaar, The Economic City (Emaar EC), the developer of King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) in Saudi Arabia, is hosting a sale in Dubai of a collection of homes within the mega-development.

The sale on on Monday at Downtown Living Sales Centre is open only to GCC nationals and will offer a choice of villas, townhomes and apartments in Bay La Sun Village and Esmeralda Suburb, the two residential communities in KAEC that were launched to overwhelming investor response.

A highlight of the sale will be the launch of two new apartment towers in Bay La Sun Boulevard Towers, a key part of Bay La Sun Village. The village is the first fully integrated residential element within KAEC, and Esmeralda Suburb is the first town house and golf community – both together featuring an elegant collection of villas, townhomes and apartments. Emaar EC had recently conducted a successful sales event for apartments in Bay La Sun Boulevard Towers in Dubai, and the current sale builds on the enthusiastic feedback received from customers.

Sami Al Halabi, acting executive director – Commercial, Emaar EC, said: "The 168 million square metres King Abdullah Economic City on the Red Sea Coast is fast emerging as the region's hub for high-growth economic sectors, and already, there are significant investments from investors in the GCC including the UAE. The special sale in Dubai is being held for the convenience of GCC investors, who seek a world-class residence in KAEC."
