Emaar Properties unveils Claren 2

Emaar Properties yesterday launched Claren 2, mid-rise residential towers that will be part of the Claren District.

Saif Al Mansoori, Sales Director, Emaar Properties, said: "Apart from diverse spread of restaurants, retail outlets and entertainment options at Burj Dubai Boulevard, residents at Claren 2 can also look forward to a range of podium level amenities including swimming pools, landscaped pool deck, a fully-equipped gymnasium, children's play area and multipurpose room. Two basement floors provide assured parking for residents, who can also enjoy the connectivity offered by the Burj Dubai Tram system."

Claren 2 comprises two towers of 21 and 25 storeys.
