Emaar set to launch prime commercial units
Emaar Properties will launch the sale of a premium collection of commercial units within Downtown Burj Dubai and Dubai Marina tomorrow, including waterfront offices and other prime units, the company said yesterday. Saif Al Mansoori, Sales Director, Emaar Properties, said: "The robust performance of the Dubai economy and strong business growth trends continue to drive the demand for commercial space in Dubai.
