Emaar sets up dedicated desk at Land Department

To facilitate ease of transaction for its customers, Emaar Properties has opened a special desk at the Dubai Land Department, becoming the first developer to do so.

The firm said its dedicated staff will be at hand to assist customers on a variety of property-related transactions. They will also provide no objection certificates for secondary market transactions, land registration, mortgage registration for the secondary market and addition or deletion of names and related transactions.

These will be undertaken in line with the policies outlined by Emaar and as per regulations enforced by the Land Department, Emaar said in a statement. The desk will function from Sunday to Thursday from 8am to 2.30pm.
