Hydra Properties, an Abu Dhabi-based developer, will unveil Time Square Lahore, its latest overseas project, at the International Real Estate and Investment Show.

The three-day exhibition will be held at Abu Dhabi from today until Thursday at the Abu Dhabi international Exhibition Centre.

Planned to be built in the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) in Lahore, Pakistan, Time Square Lahore will be a multi-purpose development comprising residential, commercial and mixed-use towers, villas, a five-star hotel, a shopping destination and a mosque.

The DHA, once constructed to provide accommodation to army officers, has evolved into a premier residential haven.

Dr Sulaiman Al Fahim, Chief Executive Officer, Hydra Properties, said: "Pakistan's rich history and diverse culture have moulded the country's elite to possess the most discerning taste, and we are keen to satisfy their insatiable need for the finest and most sophisticated things in life. I am fully confident that Time Square Lahore will revolutionise the concept of high-end living as it elevates the standards of luxury and extravagance."

The mixed-use development, located along Main Defence Boulevard, will cover a massive 48.36 acres of prime land and will be in close proximity to Lahore's international airport and 25 kilometres from the city's bustling railway station.

Residential, commercial, retail and leisure facilities will comprise the four-phase project. The primary target of the Time Square project is families, the residential towers will comprise two- to six-bedroom apartments.

Hydra Properties will also showcase two 25-storey residential towers of Emerald Square, the first phase of the project, to investors seeking to acquire property in prime locations.
