Mubadala to invest $1.8bn in Malaysia
Mubadala Development Com?pany is among three regional firms that yesterday announced a renewed interest in Malaysia. Mubadala will invest $1.8 billion (Dh6.6bn) in a property project in the country's Terengganu state, with the Terengganu Investment Authority (TIA).
Bahrain-based Manara Developments said it will partner Malaysian firm Chase Perdana to develop projects in Al Hidd city. And Qatar-listed property group Ezdan may list an Islamic Reit on the Malaysian stock exchange.
