PI, BCS sign agreement for green projects

Properties Investment (PI) has signed a management agreement with BCS Strata Management Services (BCS) for Green Community and Green Community West developments.

PI is a joint venture company between Dubai Investments and Union Properties, while BCS is the seventh largest owners association management company in the world and the largest in Australia.

"We are pleased to sign-up with BCS… its experience in transparent and independent property management draws upon the extensive expertise of its partners," said PI Director Lesley Sayle.
