QInvest return on capital reaches 14.6%
QInvest, the largest institution to launch operations from the Qatar Financial Centre, said it achieved profit of $67 million (Dh245.8m) during the 11-month period ended on March 31, 2008.
The company's total revenue amounted to $102.6m, attributable to earnings from the commercial property portfolio, treasury management income and arrangement fee income from other proprietary investments.
It also achieved an annualised return on capital of 14.6 per cent.
