Al Basel Real Estate Brokers, property sales intermediary, has announced it had achieved sales of Dh500 million in the first year of operations.
The company has been appointed as sales agent for a number of high-profile developers including Mada'in and Fakhruddin.
The company has facilitated more than Dh75m in sales for the Marina Arcade, Mada'in Properties' Dh1.25bn flagship project in Dubai Marina.
Furthermore, Al Basel has also generated sales of more than Dh100m for the Tonino Lamborghini Tower, as well as substantial sales for Fakhruddin's Maimoon Twin Towers.
"Our growing portfolio of high-profile clients has been boosted by newly sealed partnerships with Mada'in, and Fakhruddin.," said Basel Alkasem, CEO of Al Basel.
