Rera makes qualitative move with Al Hisn

Real Estate Regulatory Agency (Rera) has drawn up Al Hisn project, which supports the Rera's strategic aims and is considered a qualitative step in the improvement of services provided for clients.

Majda Ali Rashid, Director of Rera's Corporate Planning and Development and Performance Department, said that the Al Hisn project was launched as the Rera is keen to consolidate the transparency principle and facilitate the real estate sector's procedures to ensure the client's satisfaction and listen to different points of view from real estate companies.

She said that work in the project is divided into two phases.
