Sorouh showcases architectural model for Lulu Island

Sorouh Real Estate yesterday at Cityscape Abu Dhabi unveiled its 96-sq m architectural model showcasing the master plan for Lulu Island.

Sorouh presented the master plan to His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, and General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.

"The architectural model gives visitors to Cityscape Abu Dhabi the chance to see the initial vision for Lulu Island, an area of almost 5.79 sq km. Sorouh is working with the Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council to ensure the development is in line with Plan Abu Dhabi 2030.

Lulu Island is identified as the most important element of the city's future framework and will play a prominent role in projecting 'Brand Abu Dhabi'," Mounir Haidar, CEO of Sorouh Real Estate, said.

The plan capitalises on the Island's water features.
