Sweet Homes, a property developer, yesterday said it has sold out two towers, worth Dh70 million, within the Al Khor Towers development in Ajman.

The delivery and handover of the two towers, which are ready for occupation, is slated for within four to six weeks from now.

Launched in 2006 and offering 100 per cent freehold status to residents, Al Khor Towers is a project of Real Estate Investment Establishment (REIE), Department of Private Properties, government of Ajman, that undertakes private real estate investments, and will comprise a total of nine 16-storey apartment buildings located in the Al Khor area.

A3 and B4 will offer a total of 133 two- and three- bedroom apartments, with only a total of four apartments, ranging in size from 1,518 to 2,366 square feet, on each floor.

"The projects mark our initial foray into the real estate sector in the UAE, and this success underlines our well-founded background in the real estate business, which continues to drive our growth as a leading real estate player in the country," said Fahad Sattar Dero, Chief Executive Officer, Sweet Homes Group.

"Our partnership with Real Estate Investment also stands as a testament to our strategy, which involves forming business alliances with the most credible partners in the industry," he added.
