Wasl launches educational programmes

Wasl, asset management arm of Dubai Real Estate Corporation (Drec), has launched two educational programmes for UAE nationals with respect to the asset management and real estate sector.

The 'Graduate Trainee Programme' will target university and college graduates, while the 'Ajial' initiative is aimed at high-school graduates.

"Our goal is to ensure Wasl continues to provide individuals with advanced training initiatives for capacity building, while preparing them for more challenging mandates," said Jassem Al Jassmi, Acting Head of Human Resources.

"Both the programmes are designed to support the professional development of Emiratis and grooming them for leadership roles. We aim to create a broad talent pool in the region," he said.
