Dubai Properties launches Dubai Retail

Dubai Properties Group, a member of Dubai Holding, yesterday announced the launch of Dubai Retail, a subsidiary that will provide services to Dubai's retail sector.

Dubai Retail offers services and solutions in retail leasing, innovative concepts, management of space, consulting services, franchise management, marketing intelligence services as well as tenant mix solutions.

Haiyan Mujarkech, an industry veteran, has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Retail. He will be responsible for developing key business ideas and executing innovative solutions and projects in the sector.
