ETA Star Fashion, the newly established fashion division of the $5 billion (Dh18.35bn) ETA Ascon Star Group, has tied up with Duchamp of London to open the brand's flagship stores in the region.
The company has projected opening at least six exclusive showrooms in the next three years.
The first flagship store will be opened in much-awaited The Dubai Mall and other stores will be follow in existing high-end malls across the UAE and rest of the Middle East.
ETA Star Fashion will be Duchamp's sole retail distributor for the whole GCC.
"The opening of Duchamp stores in the region is part of ETA Star Fashion's initiatives to bring exclusive international brands, catering to the modern and fashion-conscious community in the region," said Group Director of ETA Ascon Star Group Hameed Salahuddin said in a statement.
"Duchamp is a premium international brand and the long-term objective of ETA Star Fashion will be to position Duchamp to be the leading Men's accessories Brand in the Middle East."
"Recognising the demanding lifestyle of our consumers in GCC markets, we would like to cater to the demands of the premium sector. Partnering with Duchamp is a step in this direction and we plan to bring more such premium brands to this region and keep our commitment to this fast, vibrant and growing market," said ETA Star Fashion General Manager Shamim Ali Hamid.
Duchamp is a 20-year-old London-based company with a long-established global reputation for luxurious men's accessories with quality and elegance.
The company has employed some of the finest craftsmen in England and Italy to produce its highly distinctive, co-ordinated collection in the fields of men's fashion accessories such as shirts, ties and cufflinks.
Duchamp has plans to showcase the brand's new autumn winter collection during the first store opening by end of August at The Dubai Mall and intends to extend its product line in the near future to cater to the fashion-conscious community in the region.
Duchamp collections are present in 350 stores in 35 countries.
