The agreement was signed by Sheikha Lubna Al Qasimi, Minister of Foreign Trade and Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the GIA, and Mohammed Ahmad Al Bawardi, Secretary-General of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council. Attending the signing ceremony were Rashed Lahej Al Mansouri, ADSIC Director-General, Salem Al Shair, GIA Director-General, and a number of officials and directors from both sides.
