New e-service for agents of companies

Dubai Municipality's Centers Department has launched the 'Tawasol' e-service for agents of companies and corporations to apply and process transactions with the civic body.

Issa Al Ghaffari, the department's Deputy Manager, said: "The department has given a full explanation to all its employees on the mechanisms of working electronically via the municipality's website to service the users of the application.

"Converting services from manual to electronic is among the department's most important achievements. This is done through partnerships between the public and private sectors, which is considered a significant progress on the economical and social fronts and is one of the foundations for a sustainable development process."
