Securities fraud case filed against Nokia

Nokia, the world's top mobile phone maker, said yesterday a class action complaint alleging securities fraud was filed against it in New York yesterday. "Nokia has reviewed the allegations contained in the complaint and believes that they are without merit. Nokia intends to defend itself against the complaint vigorously," the company said in a statement.
