Park Hyatt launches property in Istanbul

The Hyatt Corporation said yesterday it has launched Park Hyatt Istanbul at the Maçka Palas, a landmark building in Istanbul.

"Turkey continues to be one of the leading hot spots for Middle East travellers. High fashion and style make Istanbul a natural holiday choice. With the Park Hyatt Istanbul – Maçka Palas now open, guests can add first-rate hospitality and complete pampering to their Turkey experience," said Thierry Bertin, vice president, sales and marketing for South West Asia, Hyatt Hotels.

The hotel, located in the Nisantasi residential and shopping district, houses Emporio Armani, Gucci and in-formal boutiques. The property would also house spacious rooms equipped with latest technology.

"There will be a total of 90 generously sized deluxe rooms, including seven Park Suites, one Executive Suite, one Diplomatic Suite and a Presidential Suite," the company said in a statement.
