Outstanding operators in the Middle Eastern tourism sector will be recognised at the annual Mena Travel Awards ceremony on May 8.
Fifty-four class awards from 18 categories will be handed out to companies and operations that have exhibited excellence in the region's rapidly growing tourism market over the past year.
Sam Saker, president of the Consultants of Hospitality Administrators, said more than 700 of the top industry players will be in attendance. "It is very important to recognise real talent and superior service in our industry to stimulate even higher standards and to applaud the great effort made by so many," he added.
Platinum, gold and silver awards will be given for each of the 18 categories at the ceremony.
