Latvia and Lithuania had the outlooks on their credit ratings raised by Moody's Investors Service as their economies recover faster than anticipated. The outlook on Lithuania's Baa1 rating, the third-lowest investment grade, was lifted to stable from negative, Moody's said in a statement today. The outlook on Latvia's Baa3 rating was raised to stable.
