UAE, Qatar lead Gulf hiring

Recruitment across the Gulf is growing again, with the UAE and Qatar in particular being singled out by recruitment agencies for the most increased activity in the job market. The two countries saw the maximum hiring taking place in the first two months of the year, according to leading recruitment agencies. Saudi Arabia, however, dominated the overall numbers due to the sheer size of the market, experts said.

"If we are talking in terms of relative hiring activity, I would say the UAE and Qatar," said Cliff Single, Commercial Manager at BAC Middle East.
