Court rejects AQ Khan's petition on movements

A Pakistani court yesterday rejected a petition by disgraced nuclear scientist Abdul Qadeer Khan challenging restrictions on his movements, a government lawyer said. Khan was at the centre of the world's biggest nuclear proliferation scandal in 2004.
