UAE warns citizens against travelling to Thailand

The Foreign Ministry has alerted UAE citizens not to travel to the Kingdom of Thailand due to the unstable situation there which prompted declaration of the state of emergency in the capital Bangkok.

Sultan Al Ali, Director of the Media Affairs at the Ministry, urged the UAE citizens in Thailand to avoid rally venues and to exercise caution at this time.

He added that the Ministry and the UAE embassy in Bangkok were closely monitoring the security situation there.
