Consensus on fiscal rules in Turkey

Turkey's Deputy Prime Minister Ali Babacan said the government has reached a consensus with business leaders and international bodies on new rules limiting the budget deficit. The government has prepared draft legislation for the fiscal rule, which will include spending by municipalities, Babacan said in an interview with the Bloomberg HT television channel.
