Forum to help young Emiratis

The Mohammed bin Rashid Programme for Leadership Development has launched the Blue Ocean Forum.

The forum is a quarterly networking event that encourages participants to discuss challenges and opportunities facing private and public sectors from a global point of view.

The forum, co-organised with the Boeing Leadership Centre, is a central component of the Young Leaders’ Programme, which is a component of the leadership programme that aims to qualify young leaders through training programmes and workshops, in line with the strategic plans and aspirations of Dubai. 

Previously organised under the title “Young leaders’ networking event”, the Blue Ocean Forum will be held up to four times a year and is designed to develop and enhance objective, constructive and quality contact networks that strengthen the young leaders’ knowledge, experience and skills in the key areas of leadership.

Adel Al Shared, manager of the leadership programme, said: “The leadership development programme has been mandated to help promote the advancement of the UAE’s national human capital.”
