Camel photo contest set

The Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture and Heritage (Adach) has begun registrations for the second session of its annual photography contest to coincide with the Al Dhafra heritage festival from January 30 to February 8.

Participants are expected to highlight the daily events of the Al Dhafra Festival with creative, high-quality images of camels in their environment.

Prizes include cash awards from Dh10,000 to Dh20,000, incentive awards and certificates.

Participants are entitled to participate with up to five photographs and the deadline for submission is February 15. Only photos taken at Al Dhafra festival will be accepted.
