Dubai Naturalisation and Residency Department has announced revised working hours for its staff during Ramadan.

The department will open from 8am until 4pm, with employees working five hours in alternating shifts. Director Major-General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri said the department's flexible shift system would make it convenient for customers.

The decision was made after the DNRD asked for opinions from its employees and customers to decide on the most suitable timings during Ramadan, said Al Marri.
