Documents presented in Mizin case

The author of the monitoring report in the Mizin corruption case and the expert in the financial monitoring office, Mohamed Mustafa Hussain, came to the criminal court in Dubai yesterday with translated documents that included two reports.

The first document was the internal auditor report pertinent to the transactions of Mizin, the real estate development company of Tatweer; the second is from BMG for accounts auditing.

The court let the defendants take a copy of the documents, and the next hearing will now take place on April 11.

In yesterday's hearing, Ali Shamsi, counsel for the second defendant, JH, was to present his arguments.
