Etisalat Academy has carried out its annual customer satisfaction survey.

The initiative is part of the academy's commitment to meet the needs of the companies and organisations that take part in its programmes.

The survey covered all aspects of services and programmes including professional, consultation and training schemes that are designed to develop skills across the region.

Particular attention was paid to the quality of trainers and their ability to communicate, training documentation, the use of presentation technologies, the quality of accommodation, the general training environment inside the academy and at clients' premises and the overall level of consulting services. Etisalat Academy will use the results of the survey to further enhance services.
