Kalimat to hold readings in Sharjah, Dubai

UAE-based Arabic children's books publisher Kalimat will stage readings at Jashanmal Stores at Sahara Centre, Sharjah, and Dubai's Mall of the Emirates this month in events organised around International Children's Book Day. "We are committed to participate in International Children's Book Day's activities, not just as members of the IBBY but as part of our efforts to address the challenges facing the Arabic children's books industry all over the Arab World," said Sheikha Bodour Al Qassimi, President of Emirates Publishers.
