The 35th Arab Health Exhibition and Congress, the Middle East's biggest gathering of medical and healthcare professionals, was inaugurated yesterday by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

Sheikh Mohammed later toured the exhibition in the presence of Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai.

More than 2,100 firms from 70 countries are taking part in the exhibition being held at Dubai International Exhibition and Convention Centre.

Pointing to the numerous exhibitions hosted by the UAE, Sheikh Mohammed said the country continues to command the trust of firms and nations, which reflects the great faith the global community in the UAE's financial and economic sectors.
