Hamdan bin Mohammed e-University has been established through a royal decree issued by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
The e-university will be an autonomous body that will enjoy financial and administrative independence. The institution will consist of colleges, scientific research centres and specialised institutes.
The Hamdan bin Mohammed e-University will offer a wide range of academic programmes, including graduate and post-graduate degrees, as well as PhD in business management and total quality management.
Crown Prince of Dubai Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum will be the Chancellor of the university.
