Mohammed visits Qatar

General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, arrived in Qatar yesterday for a short visit.

He was received in Doha by Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani Qatar's Vice-Emir and Crown Prince. Also present were Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani, the Minister for Internal Affairs, Sheikh Khaled bin Khalifa bin Abdul Aziz Al Thani, Manager of Sheikh Tamim's office, and Abdul Reda Abdullah Khouri, the UAE's Ambassador to Qatar.

The UAE delegation included General Sheikh Ahmad bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, Head of the Facilities Programme, Mohammed Ahmad Al Bawardi, Secretary-General of the Executive Council, Nasser bin Ahmad Al Sweidi, Head of the Economy and Planning Department, Abdullah Rashid Khalaf Al Otaiba, Head of the Transportation Department and other senior UAE officials and dignitaries.
