In its fourth article, decree No 2 of 2010 named Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Land and Property Department as Chairman of the board. (EB FILE)
His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, UAE Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, has issued a decree establishing the Board of Ajman Real Estate Regulatory Authority.
In its fourth article, decree No 2 of 2010 named Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Land and Property Department
as Chairman of the board, and Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Ajman Municipality and Planning Department, as his deputy.
Salem Saif Al Matrooshi, Ahmed Ibrahim Rashid Al Ghamlasi, Colonel Majid Salem Al Nuaimi, Mohamed bin Omeir Al Muhairi and Rami Mohammad Al Dabbas will serve as members of the board. According to the decree, the new board will hold its first meeting within one week from the date of the issuance. It will hold a regular meeting once at least every month.
The decree gives the chairman and his deputy the right to call members to an extraordinary meeting whenever circumstances require.
