The Presidential Affairs Ministry has mourned the death of Sheikh Mubarak bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, who passed away yesterday in Abu Dhabi.
Funeral prayers will be performed today after noon prayers at Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Mosque in Al Bateen. The mourners will pay their respects at Al Mushrif Palace.
The ministry offered condolence over the demise of Sheikh Mubarak and extended solace to the bereaved family. It also declared three days of official mourning.
The Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture and Heritage has announced postponing all of its events. These include The Million's Poet concert, press conference for Amal Maher and Umm Khalthom Band and Akram Khan show.
