Witnesses examined in Tamweel case

The Dubai Criminal Court on Sunday adjourned to April 11 Tamweel Case No20190 of 2008, in which five defendants are involved.

The defence will present his final argument on that date.

The court listened to three witnesses brought by Dr Habib Al Mulla, the lawyer of the first defendant AS, former CEO of Tamweel. The defence cross-examined the witnesses, highlighting the profits made by Tamweel in Sama Al Jadaf project.
