Lundgren key forum speaker

Retail industry executives are expected to turn out in full strength to listen to one CEO explain how the philosophy of "doing it bigger and better" drives growth.

Terry Lundgren, Chairman, President and CEO of Macy's, has been announced as guest speaker at Recon Middle East and?North Africa, the region's leading trade exhibition and conference for the retail real estate sector.

Lundgren is expected to share the Bloomingdale's story and its secrets to success. The event is being held on May 2 and 3 at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel Convention Centre in Dubai.

"Bloomingdale's is a success story dating back 138 years," said Kim Redman, Regional Director, Middle East Council of Shopping Centres, one of the bodies spearheading the event. Lundgren will take the audience back to the first store opening by the Bloomingdale brothers."
