This brand new courtroom drama, about a rebellious female defence attorney, who is willing to bend the law in order to protect the wrongfully accused, is now being aired on Showseries every Saturday night at 10pm.

Julianna Margulies – who is best known for her role as Nurse Carol Hathaway in the medical drama ER – plays Elizabeth Canterbury, an attorney on the rise, who puts her career on the line to take on risky and unpopular cases, even when they take a toll

on her personal life. Aiden Quinn, of Legends of the Fall fame, plays Elizabeth's husband Matt Furey.

The couple is haunted by the unsolved disappearance of their young son, struggling to distance themselves from the tragedy and put their relationship back together.

However, those goals become elusive whenever Elizabeth's work provides a stark reminder of the justice absent in their own lives.

Fortunately, there is a silver lining to every cloud, as Elizabeth's brilliant crew of attorneys at the office always do their best to help her and Matt out.
