Chinese chef to serve up fusion at capital fest

A former Chinese cooking world champion is the latest international chef to sign up for next month's Gourmet Abu Dhabi festival.

Tam Kwok Fung, executive Chinese chef of Macau's City of Dreams destination, is known for integrating Chinese medicine and ancient Taoist culinary techniques into traditional rural dishes.

He will be serving these at Shangri-La Hotel Qaryat Al Beri from February 6 to 9 and will conduct a masterclass at the Armed Forces Officers' Club on February 9.
