Laugh it up with television's first family of comedy

Here's a novel treat for fans of According to Jim: The Emmy-nominated series returns in its seventh season on Showcomedy, one full year ahead of any other channel.
Many of you may recall the show had set rumour mills churning last year when news broke that the hit comedy was being cancelled after its sixth season. But thanks to the show's popularity, ABC decided to renew the contract for another year.
Last year's season finale of According to Jim saw everyone's favourite family guy turning 50 and certainly not loving it. The show picks up in its new run with cranky ole' Jim (Jim Belushi) and wife Cheryl (Courtney Thorne-Smith) returning as the bickering odd-couple and parents of three incorrigible children – Ruby, Kyle and Gracie. The family unit is of course incomplete without Cheryl's meddling sister Dana (Kimberly Williams-Paisley) and Jim's best friend Andy (Larry Joe Campbell).
In season seven, the married couple continue with their daily antics, which will see Jim involved in a surprise encounter with the creator of mankind and the Devil himself, with shocking revelations. However, even before Jim can come to grips with this [spoiler alert], news breaks that a stork will be visiting the family very soon, with two bundles of joy.
As Jim struggles to cope with the new set of responsibilities at 50, his marriage to Cheryl comes under strain. Will the couple overcome this hurdle and survive the baby bump? Watch this hilarious season to find out all that and more.
