Pokemon magnate buys scamster's home

The businessman behind the Pokemon toys has snapped up swindler Bernard Madoff's Upper East Side penthouse. Al Kahn is chairman and CEO at 4Kids Entertainment Inc., a licensing company whose properties have included the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
