"Each of the Ultra-Penthouses has a different layout and floor plan," Shaya Shamszadeh, Managing Director of Maison Limited, told Emirates Business.

"They are triplex units with five bedrooms and each will have an internal lift between the floors. All the bedrooms come with walk-in closets that have been equipped with safety deposit boxes. All bedrooms have huge bathrooms and there are three extra bathrooms for guests, too.

"The bedrooms have an average size of 500 sqft. The unique aspect of the Ultra-Penthouses is the master bedroom on the third floor which is 1,100 sqft in size with a 1,600 sqft balcony. On the balcony is a landscaped garden and rooftop swimming pool, inspired by a private beach.

"These penthouses all have their own private floor entrance and come with maid's quarters. And they all have two-car private garages in the basement."

As the residence is built in the heart of New Dubai, which is home to The Palm Jebel Ali, Techno Park and Dubai Waterfront as well as Dubai World Central, fabulous views are promised from the living room, which comes with amazing 23ft ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows.

"All the interiors are designed by a world-renowned firm and the living room will afford great views," said Shamszadeh.

"All the penthouses are fully furnished to residents' exact specifications. They have leading brands onboard, which include Miele Kitchen and Subzero GE appliances. Materials include natural stone, red brick, limestone, plank wood finishing and granite. Kitchen equipment, such as cutlery, crockery and appliances such as kettles, food processors and toasters, are all included. No detail has been overlooked."

The Ultra-Penthouses will be equipped with smart home technology with movie and music on demand, high-speed wireless internet access, a climate control system, security system, telecom and intercom system, touch control panels, remote access and monitoring, mood lighting system and remote-controlled curtains.

In-house recreational facilities in the Maison Residence Collection include a 20,429 sqft spa and fitness centre with separate hamams for men and women, sauna, jacuzzi, squash court, two swimming pools with an underwater music system, children's pool, aerobics lounge and children's' play area.

All homes in the tower have been designed in accordance with the principles of feng shui and the tower boasts a stained glass skylight, themed landscape zen and Japanese gardens, water features and water landscaping.

The services available in the building will include a concierge service, an executive home office at lobby level, a library lounge, Maybach branded limousine service, a 24-hour medical centre, a business centre, in-room dining, 24-hour housekeeping, laundry service, valet parking and an in-house car wash facility.
