General Manager – Properties
Salary: Dh55,000 to 60,000 per month CTC
Location: Dubai
A large holding company has an opening for a General Manager to oversee their property portfolio.
Duties include
- Assisting the CEO and management committee in identifying, documenting and monitoring financial objectives for commercial and residential property
- Lead divisional managers in producing operating budgets and leasing strategies for commercial/residential space under development
- Assist the maintenance manager in the development of preventive maintenance plans and capital replacement projections for each commercial and residential property
- Manage and support the implementation of the strategic goals of the property team
- Deliver complete property management approach, overseeing all property issues and their impact on the business, employees and stakeholders
Requirements include
- Minimum of 10-15 years in property leasing management and development. At least five years should be in the UAE or GCC handling a similar role
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the UAE property laws
- Strong negotiating and persuading skills

Commercial Manager
Salary: Dh35,000 to Dh40,000 per month CTC
Location: Dubai
Manager needed to be responsible for the commercial aspects of a portfolio of projects across the asset classes of a leading developer's property division.
Duties include
- Supporting delivery team on commercial aspects
- Responsible for the development of projects through the direction of control documents and intuition from senior management team
- Responsible for cost management
- Procurement, cost planning, estimating, reporting, contract administration and close out
Requirements
- Keen interest in project management and in developing their project management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and have a background as a chartered QS
- Degree in business administration, HR or quantity surveying, diploma or Master's in HR is an advantage along with CIPD membership
- Minimum eight years' experience in a modern HR function in the UAE of which three years as business partner is required
