New module for leaders

The Mohammed Bin Rashid Programme for Leadership Development has concluded the new module, Organisational Excellence in Public Sectors, which has been designed to help accelerate the development of the managerial acumen of the participants in the Government Leaders programme.

Government Leaders is a level of MBRPLD, an innovative leadership programme designed to develop national leaders capable of promoting the sustainable development of the UAE.

The new module emphasises on the integration of important leadership skills around the theme of achieving organisational excellence. Government Leaders level participants went through extensive training to hone their skills in scanning their environments, understanding causal relationships, identifying patterns, and using logic, evidence and experience to optimise the operations they direct.

Adel Al Shared, Executive Chairman of MBRPLD said: "The new module focused on strengthening the organisational capabilities of the Government Leaders level participants, who were exposed to practical examples from the private sector and were given a demonstration of the great value and significance of organisational excellence in the public sector."
